5. Campaign Content

Brands retain ownership of their brand assets and campaign briefs. Creators retain ownership of the content they produce unless otherwise agreed in writing. Collalyst does not claim ownership of any content created through our platform.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, invoicing schedules, and creator rates, will be outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are due as specified in your agreement with Collalyst.

7. Limitation of Liability

Collalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable and confidentiality obligations continue.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
